CARDEX BACKGROUND
Incineroar fights without restraint when an opponent interests it. It follows punches with kicks, then shoots fire from its belly. Its mood may lead it to ignore a Trainer's orders, and the flames around its hips intensify with its desire to fight. Yet it is not exclusively brutal: some entries show it helping small Pokémon. The Pokédex thus places the spectacular violence of its battles alongside the care it sometimes reserves for the weak.
Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.Pokémon Sword credits Incineroar's belly flames with heat exceeding 2,000°C. Pokémon Shield reminds us that it can also come to the rescue of small Pokémon. Its fighting power therefore does not erase every capacity to protect.
