Ralts chooses whom to approach based on what it senses in others. Its horns allow it to perceive human emotions, and a positive disposition may encourage it to come closer. Its Trainer’s joy then becomes its own. A relationship with this small Pokémon develops through an exchange of moods, in which inner feelings matter as much as visible gestures.

A detail worth noticing

Ralts me01-058 can use one attack to draw a card without damage. Headbutt deals 10 damage for one Psychic Energy, while the drawing attack requires one Colorless. Terada Tera illustrated this printing. One Energy is enough in both cases, but the required type and effect change.
