Mimiqui

CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Mimikyu has made itself a Pikachu costume to look less frightening. Yet the disguise does not dispel its mystery: its true appearance remains unknown, and one entry recounts the fatal shock of a scholar who looked underneath. Usually calm and solitary, it becomes violently agitated if someone tries to lift its cloth. Its wish to appear less frightening is thus protected by a boundary it refuses to let others cross.

A detail worth noticing

This Mimikyu's first attack requires discarding a Supporter from its hand to use that card's effect as an attack. Its other attack instead chooses two opposing Pokémon and puts two damage counters on each. This printing redirects either a Supporter text or the distribution of injuries.
