CARDEX BACKGROUND
In Alola, Persian enjoys admiration largely due to its rounded face. People see it as a sign of prosperity and take great care of it. Its fur, reputedly softer than the finest velvets, further enhances this popularity. This admired silhouette and silky coat have made its regional form a particularly sought-after companion.
Background on this form in the video games; this card’s attacks, edition and finish remain distinct.Alolan Persian's charm does not reflect its attitude toward others. According to the Pokédex, it looks down on everyone around it and favors sneaky attacks or strikes from the side. Its flattering reputation thus coexists with a haughty nature.
Quoted source text is retained in the card’s printed language so this exact printing can be identified. The CarDex background above is translated into English.
