The Pokémon’s story

Necrozma depends on light to live. After a long period underground, impurities accumulated in its body and blackened it. If it cannot find enough light, it weakens until it loses mobility. Its search for energy makes it violent and leads it to fire destructive beams. Some entries suppose it comes from another world without establishing this. The Pokédex thus contrasts a disputed origin with a need for light whose behavioral effects are visible.

A detail worth noticing
