CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Philippe attaches up to two basic Metal Energy cards from your discard pile to one of your Metal Pokémon. The Supporter prepares one teammate using resources already discarded. He does not allow splitting the two Energy among several recipients. The text does not reserve the chosen Pokémon for the Bench, but its Metal type remains essential to receive the attachments.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

Philippe requires the Metal type for both the Energy and the receiving Pokémon. Resources must be basic Energy and come from the discard pile. Both possible attachments concentrate on one Pokémon without a stated positioning condition in this effect.
