The story behind this Trainer card
Rocky Helmet triggers when its holder is your Active Pokémon and takes damage from an opposing Pokémon's attack. It places two damage counters on the attacking Pokémon, even if the incoming damage Knocks Out the holder. This Tool adds retaliation in that situation without increasing the damage of the holder's own attacks.
