Double Turbo Energy provides two Colorless Energy to the attached Pokémon, quickly paying part of an attack cost. This speed has a printed drawback: that Pokémon's attacks deal twenty less damage to opposing Pokémon before Weakness and Resistance. You gain preparation but lose some offensive power. The reduction concerns attack damage rather than Energy supplied; the two Colorless Energy remain available while the card is attached.
