CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Skiddo is described as one of the first Pokémon to have lived in harmony with humans. Its peaceful temperament accompanies this ancient closeness. The leaves on its back allow it to produce the energy it needs through sunlight and water. In good conditions, it can therefore go without food. Light and water maintain its strength day after day, while its calm nature makes life alongside humans easier.

A detail worth noticing

Pokémon X presents Skiddo as a possible early companion of humans and emphasizes its calm nature. Pokémon Y describes another independence: when light and water are sufficient, the leaves on its back produce energy without it needing to eat.
