CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

In Exeggutor, three heads inhabit one body without thinking with a single voice. Each has its own will, and they communicate telepathically before choosing a direction. If they cannot agree, the Pokémon may stay in place. Its large tropical body therefore moves to the rhythm of invisible discussions. Beneath the sun that helped it grow, this collective life continues with every journey.

A detail worth noticing

One of Exeggutor’s heads may eventually fall off, then sprout into a new Exeggcute. The Pokémon Moon Pokédex thus describes an unexpected connection between evolution and the beginning of another life. This detail concerns the species’ life cycle, independently of the card depicting it.
