CARDEX BACKGROUND
Ninjask moves so fast that it is easily lost from sight. For a long time, some believed it invisible because its cry remained audible after its body had already disappeared. It gathers near sweet tree sap to feed. Poorly trained, it may cry incessantly and refuse to obey. The Pokédex presents a Pokémon whose speed and voice make encounters as disorienting for an opponent as for its Trainer.
Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.Pokémon Omega Ruby explains the old belief in Ninjask's invisibility: its cry can be heard while its motion escapes sight. Pokémon Sword adds that prolonged listening can cause headaches. It can therefore be heard without being successfully followed.
Quoted source text is retained in the card’s printed language so this exact printing can be identified. The CarDex background above is translated into English.
Because it moves so quickly, it sometimes becomes unseeable. It congregates around tree sap.Poke-POWER
