CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Potion is used after a Pokémon has already taken damage. In the printings grouped here, it heals thirty damage from a single one of your Pokémon. The player must therefore choose the target that will benefit most from this respite, rather than distribute healing among several partners. This simple action may prolong a Pokémon’s presence in the game, but the card promises neither new Energy nor an extra attack: its effect is limited to the stated healing.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

The number thirty belongs to these specific Potion printings. Other cards with the same name have different texts and are not linked to this account. The effect concerns only damage on one of your Pokémon; it does not promise to remove a Special Condition.
