The story behind this Trainer card
Hero's Medal removes one hundred HP from the Pokémon VMAX holding it. If that holder is Knocked Out by damage from an opponent's attack, the opponent takes one fewer Prize card. The Tool also forbids attaching it to a Pokémon VMAX with one hundred HP or less remaining, limiting application of the HP reduction and its trade-off.
