CARDEX BACKGROUND
Azurill has a ball at the end of its tail that bounces like rubber. It contains nutrients needed for growth, giving this flexible appendage a storage role. Usually docile, the Pokémon can nevertheless use it to strike when angered. It then swings it toward an opponent. The same ball thus accompanies development and becomes a weapon if the situation deteriorates.
Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.Azurill's ball does more than bounce. Sword specifies that it holds nutrients essential for growth. Shield describes another use of this mobile reserve: when angry, Azurill swings it around to strike.
