Hustle Belt increases the damage of its holder's attacks against your opponent's Active Pokémon by sixty when two conditions are met: the holder has thirty HP or less remaining and has at least one damage counter on it. The bonus applies before Weakness and Resistance. The Tool thus rewards a precisely defined state of injury.
