CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Copycat shuffles your hand into your deck, then counts the cards in your opponent's hand and draws you the same number. You rebuild your hand using the quantity the opponent retains as reference. The Supporter removes none of their cards and does not require revealing their contents for that calculation.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

The new quantity does not depend on how many cards you just shuffled away. A previously small or large hand is replaced according to the opposing count without forcing the other player to replace their hand.
