Surfing Beach lets each player, once during their turn, switch their Active Water Pokémon with a Water Pokémon on their Bench. The Stadium opens a movement option for both sides. Both teammates involved must have the required type. One being Water is not enough to turn the effect into a free switch with any partner on the field.
