Buffer Piece attaches to one of your Pokémon that does not already have a Tool. It reduces damage from opposing attacks by twenty after Weakness and Resistance. Protection is temporary: Buffer Piece is discarded at the end of the opponent's turn following its use, or if its holder is Knocked Out before that deadline.
