CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Misty's Determination begins by discarding a card from your hand. If that action happens, you look at the top eight cards of your deck and put one into your hand. The others are shuffled back into the deck. The Supporter exchanges a known resource for a choice within a specific window, without freely searching the entire deck or discarding unselected cards.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
Misty's Determination searches only the eight cards examined. Just one enters your hand. The rest return to the deck after shuffling, and access to this selection depends on the card discarded at the start of the effect.

Printed card effect
Documented variants
