The Pokémon’s story

Nihilego is an Ultra Beast from another world through an Ultra Wormhole. Descriptions attribute a parasitic lifestyle to it: it supposedly needs a Pokémon or human host to survive. It is also thought to carry a powerful neurotoxin. These elements make encounters alarming, but the French entries retain uncertainty. The presumed danger does not turn hypotheses about its biology into fully established knowledge.

Ultra Moon mentions humans as well as Pokémon among the hosts Nihilego supposedly needs. Ultra Sun discusses a powerful neurotoxin while retaining a reservation: the text says it is thought to carry this substance rather than asserting it without qualification.
