CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Plumeria requires discarding two cards from your hand. If you do, you discard an Energy attached to one of the opponent's Pokémon. The effect exchanges two available hand resources for removal of one resource already installed on the opposing side. The targeted Pokémon may be Active or Benched because the text does not restrict its position.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

The opposing Energy chosen is not limited to Special Energy. The main condition concerns your payment: both cards from your hand must be discarded to obtain the Energy removal described afterward.
