Oranguru lives in the jungle, perched in trees where it meditates and watches other Pokémon. It knows the forest so well that it can search for plants to help an injured one. Its fan of leaves and fur also serves to guide, or even command, other creatures’ movements. This intelligence fuels rivalries with its own kind and sometimes contests with Slowking. The Pokédex presents a woodland sage whose abilities inspire both help and competition.
