The Pokémon’s story

Magearna was built by a scientist around five hundred years ago. Its mechanical body houses the Soul-Heart, an organ the Pokédex presents as its true essence. It understands speech without being able to speak itself. By synchronizing with another, it accesses their consciousness and can better care for that person. Its story thus raises the question of an artificial creature whose attentive gestures come from a constructed heart.
