CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Jacq searches your deck for up to two Evolution Pokémon. Selected cards are revealed and put into your hand before the deck is shuffled. The Supporter prepares stages of development without performing an evolution on the field himself. Basic Pokémon do not match his target, even if they could provide starting points for the cards you want to obtain.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

Jacq targets the Evolution Pokémon category. The text does not require both searched cards to belong to the same evolution family. They enter your hand after being revealed rather than being placed directly onto Pokémon already in play.
