The story behind this Trainer card

Raihan can be played only if one of your Pokémon was Knocked Out during the opponent's last turn. It then attaches a basic Energy from your discard pile to one of your Pokémon. If that transfer succeeds, the player also searches the deck for any card, puts it into their hand, and shuffles. The effect turns a recent loss into renewed preparation, but its timing condition prevents using it on any turn.

A detail worth noticing

The deck search depends on successfully attaching the basic Energy. The text does not promise an extra card if no eligible Energy can be attached. It also requires a Knock Out on the opponent's last turn, not an earlier one.
