CARDEX BACKGROUND

About this Pokémon form

Mega Aggron's sharp horns let it charge with devastating force: a single impact can reduce a tank to scrap metal. Mega Evolution also increases the weight of this already massive Pokémon. In Pokémon X and Y, that additional weight can strengthen Heavy Slam when the opponent is much lighter than it.

Background on this form in the video games; this card’s attacks, edition and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

In Pokémon X and Y, the Aggronite needed for this Mega Evolution is found only in Pokémon Y. The official presentation distinguishes it from the other version's Mega Stones: owning Aggron is not enough; its matching stone is also required.
