CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Archie's Ace in the Hole can be played only when it is the last card in your hand. It places a Water Pokémon from your discard pile onto your Bench and then draws five cards. The Supporter combines the requirement to be alone in your hand before play with a Pokémon's direct return and rebuilding your hand resources.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
The Water Pokémon is not explicitly restricted to the Basic stage in this text. It comes from your discard pile and goes directly onto the Bench rather than entering your hand before the five-card draw.
