CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Beheeyem communicates with its kind by flashing its fingers, but their language remains unintelligible. These same fingers feature in its psychic powers: it can control an opponent and alter their memories. It is sometimes seen above wheat fields, where strange disappearances of Dubwool are reported after its arrival. The Pokédex thus juxtaposes described abilities with an unexplained local mystery.

Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.

A detail worth noticing

Pokémon X presents Beheeyem's flashing fingers as an unknown language. Pokémon Ultra Moon connects those fingers with changing memories. The same luminous sign can therefore communicate with its kind and act upon an opponent.
