CARDEX BACKGROUND
Delibird spends much of its day carrying food. Its journeys feed the young waiting near cliffs, but its generosity may also benefit lost people. The Pokédex preserves memories of rescues made possible by its provisions. Behind its delivery-bird appearance thus emerges a life devoted to seeking, carrying and sharing.
Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.Delibird sm8-57's first attack equips as many chosen Benched Pokémon as desired, provided they do not already have a Pokémon Tool: one Tool is searched for in the deck for each. Flap separately deals 30 damage. Ken Sugimori illustrated this printing, where the delivery prepares the team instead of hurting the opponent.
Quoted source text is retained in the card’s printed language so this exact printing can be identified. The CarDex background above is translated into English.
