CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Morty's Conviction requires discarding another card from your hand before drawing. You then receive one card for each Pokémon on the opponent's Bench. This support therefore depends on how the other player developed their team. Your own Bench does not contribute to the calculation, and the upfront cost remains separate from the number of cards this situation provides.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
Morty's Conviction counts only Pokémon on the opponent's Bench. Their Active Pokémon adds no card to the stated draw. Use also requires another card discarded from your hand, even when the observed Bench is particularly full.
