Dracovish V

CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Dracovish combines sturdy legs and powerful jaws that would have made it an almost invincible predator. Yet the Pokédex says that excessive hunting caused its prey to disappear, followed by the hunter itself. Another difficulty marks its body: it can run at over sixty kilometres per hour but can breathe only underwater. Its speed and its breathing requirements create a particularly perplexing picture.

A detail worth noticing

The French Shield entry gives Dracovish a speed exceeding sixty kilometres per hour while specifying that it can breathe only underwater. Sword attributes its extinction to the disappearance of the prey it is said to have hunted excessively.
