CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Dizzying Valley prevents both players' Confused Pokémon from recovering from Confusion when they evolve or devolve. The Stadium changes how those transformations affect one specific Special Condition. It does not make every Pokémon Confused when it arrives and does not say other Special Conditions are also retained through evolution.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

The prevention of recovery concerns Confusion already present. The text does not block evolution itself: it keeps that condition through evolution or devolution on your side and your opponent's.

Printed card effect
