CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
TV Reporter draws three cards, then discards one from your hand. This order lets you choose the card to lose after receiving new resources. The Supporter nevertheless carries an explicit restriction: it cannot be played when your deck is empty. The discard is therefore not a prior payment for this draw.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
The discarded card can be chosen from the hand obtained after drawing, not only from cards present beforehand. The text imposes a discard after the three-card draw without restricting its category.
