CARDEX BACKGROUND

The role of this Energy

Scramble Energy attaches only to an evolved Pokémon other than a Pokémon-ex. It normally provides Colorless Energy, but if you have more Prize cards remaining than your opponent, it can provide three Energy of all types in combination. It is discarded if the holder stops being evolved or becomes a Pokémon-ex. Its yield depends on both holder and Prizes.

Background on this Special Energy’s effect; the printed text, edition and finish of each card remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

The Prize condition compares cards remaining for both players. A tie is insufficient to reach three Energy, and the bonus does not remove the restriction forbidding a Pokémon-ex holder.

Printed card text — German

Quoted source text is retained in the card’s printed language so this exact printing can be identified. The CarDex background above is translated into English.

Printed card effect
