CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Energy Recycle System offers two recoveries from your discard pile: reveal one Basic Energy and return it to your hand, or reveal three Basic Energy and shuffle them into your deck. You choose between immediate access to one resource and returning three cards to the deck without combining both destinations in the same use.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

Neither option includes Special Energy. The quantity changes with the destination: only one Energy enters your hand, while the deck option concerns three Basic Energy cards returned to that location.
