CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Professor Birch's Observations shuffles your hand into your deck and flips a coin. Heads draws seven cards, while tails gives four. Both outcomes provide a new hand after returning the old one to the deck, with a three-card difference determined by the result rather than your original hand size.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
Your previous hand is not retained on tails. Shuffling precedes the flip, and the four or seven cards fully rebuild the hand through drawing rather than adding a bonus to an untouched hand.
