Hau

CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Hau gives the player simple support: three cards move from the top of the deck into their hand. No prior discard is required, and cards already in hand remain available. This refresh can open new possibilities during the turn but guarantees no particular resource. A Pokémon, Energy, or another card may arrive depending on deck order: Hau increases choices without letting the player select what is drawn.

A detail worth noticing

Hau and Tierno each have a card whose effect is simply to draw three cards. Despite their different names, these two Supporters provide exactly the same draw in the cited printings. Neither text requires replacing the existing hand.
