CARDEX BACKGROUND

The Pokémon’s story

Delibird spends much of its day carrying food. Its journeys feed the young waiting near cliffs, but its generosity may also benefit lost people. The Pokédex preserves memories of rescues made possible by its provisions. Behind its delivery-bird appearance thus emerges a life devoted to seeking, carrying and sharing.

A detail worth noticing

This Japanese Delibird's first attack selects its Benched Pokémon without Tools. The player then searches the deck for up to one Tool per chosen Pokémon and may attach them individually. The flavor text describes sharing food; the attack turns that distribution theme into precise equipment for the team.
