CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick can be played only when it is the last card in your hand. It then puts a Fighting Pokémon from your discard pile onto your Bench and draws five cards. The effect fills both field and hand after a use condition that prevents retaining other available cards in hand.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
Fighting type is required for the recovered Pokémon, but the text does not require it to be Basic. It arrives from the discard pile onto the Bench without a deck search for this part of the effect.
