CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Janine looks at the top four cards of your deck and lets you take two into your hand. The unchosen cards return to the deck, which is then shuffled. This support selects resources from a small visible window without discarding those you leave behind. You cannot search the rest of the deck to replace a less useful choice among those four cards.

Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.

A detail worth noticing

Janine keeps two of the four inspected cards and shuffles the others back into the deck. They do not have to go beneath it. The text imposes no particular category on the two cards chosen for your hand.
