The Pokémon’s story

Sentret gains height by supporting itself on its tail. From this lookout position, it watches its surroundings and warns its companions when an enemy approaches. Its vigilance makes full sense within the group. While some sleep, another stands guard, making safety a shared task rather than a responsibility each must carry alone.

A detail worth noticing

Sentret's collective vigilance has a less visible consequence: according to Omega Ruby, an individual separated from its group may become too frightened to sleep. The watch kept by others is therefore more than a practical habit; it contributes to its rest.
