CARDEX BACKGROUND
Aggron claims an entire mountain as its territory and constantly patrols it. Its steel horns let it break through stone to find the iron it eats and repel intruders. Its battle scars testify to its experience. Yet it is not merely destructive: after a fire or landslide, the Pokédex describes it ploughing the soil and replanting trees. It thus defends a landscape it also helps repair.
Background on the species in the video games; its forms and card versions may have appeared later.Pokémon Alpha Sapphire relates that Aggron restores its mountain after a fire or rockslide by turning the earth and planting trees. Pokémon X presents its scars as signs of strength and experience. Its territory bears traces of its battles as well as its repairs.
