The story behind this Trainer card
Forest of Vitality changes when Grass Pokémon can evolve. For each player, they may become Grass Pokémon on the same turn they are played. This permission does not apply during that player's first turn, however. The Stadium therefore accelerates a particular progression, with a type condition on both sides of the evolution and an explicit timing limit.
