CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Team Flare Grunt discards an Energy attached to your opponent's Active Pokémon. The Supporter removes a resource from the current front-line battler without allowing a Benched Pokémon to be selected instead. The text does not restrict Energy to Special or Basic Energy, and requires no coin flip.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
The Active position is a real target restriction. Even if an opposing Benched Pokémon has a more attractive Energy to remove, this effect cannot choose it instead of Energy on the Active battler.
