CARDEX BACKGROUND
The story behind this Trainer card
Gladion lets you look at your face-down Prize cards and take one into your hand. You then shuffle this copy of Gladion into your remaining Prize cards and return them face down. The effect exchanges an inaccessible resource for the Supporter itself. It also has a particular condition: if Gladion was not played from your hand, its effect does nothing.
Background on this Trainer card’s printed effect; its edition, language and finish remain distinct.A detail worth noticing
The card taken from your Prizes is not replaced by the top card of your deck: Gladion itself joins the Prizes. Its text thus retains a concrete trade-off for taking the chosen card.

Printed card effect
Documented variants
