CARDEX BACKGROUND

The story behind this Trainer card

Wally searches for a card that evolves from one of your Pokémon, excluding Pokémon-EX, then places it onto that Pokémon. This counts as evolving, and the deck is shuffled. The Supporter explicitly allows use during your first turn or on a Pokémon that entered play that turn. Those permissions do not remove the evolution match or the exclusion of Pokémon-EX.

A detail worth noticing

Wally permits evolution during your first turn or on a Pokémon played that same turn. However, he does not make just any card a valid Evolution. The Pokémon chosen to evolve cannot be a Pokémon-EX.
