The Pokémon’s story

Rowlet divides its activities between light and darkness. During the day, photosynthesis lets it accumulate energy; at night, it silently travels through the sky in search of prey. Its daytime calm prepares another life. The delicate wings carrying it without noise accompany a rhythm in which apparent rest and vigilance succeed one another rather than conflict.

A detail worth noticing

Rowlet adapts its response to an opponent’s distance. Pokémon Sword describes sharp feathers thrown from afar, followed by kicks when the enemy approaches. This small flier therefore has two distinct ways to defend its space.
