Its enthusiasm sometimes gets the better of it: too impatient, it burns them to a crisp. The same energy that makes it lively requires some restraint when it comes to eating.

A detail worth noticing

A cold changes Tepig's fire. In Pokémon White, the flames normally blown from its nose are replaced by black smoke when it has a cold. This detail connects its health with a directly visible change in its breath.
