The story behind this Trainer card

Iono disrupts both hands without discarding them. Each player shuffles their hand and puts it on the bottom of their deck; if at least one returned cards this way, each then draws as many cards as they have Prize cards remaining. The result may differ across the table because Prize counts change independently. Playing this card therefore requires considering both players' situations before replacing their immediate options.

A detail worth noticing

The new hand size depends on each player's remaining Prize cards, not the number of cards previously held. The text places old hands on the bottoms of decks: it does not send them to discard piles.
