The Pokémon’s story

Minccino uses its tail like a feather duster to clean its nest and its own coat. Two individuals also greet each other by rubbing their tails, whose size can be a source of pride. After cleaning, it may spend an entire day washing this now-dirty tool. The Pokédex thus shows that its quest for cleanliness takes work: the tail that dusts everything then needs as much care as the place it has cleaned.

A detail worth noticing

Pokémon Ultra Moon relates that Minccino takes an entire day to wash its tail after cleaning its nest. Pokémon Shield adds that individuals greet each other by rubbing their tails, and that a large tail can inspire pride.
